Error when adding time entry

When I tried to add a time entry in 74551 I get this error:

  1. [autotask] create_engineer_time_entry failed (HTTP 500): This time entry is for a recurring Service Contract. Whether or not it shows on the Invoice is determined by the Company’s "Show Recurring Service Contract Labor" Invoice configuration setting.

In the ticket nothing is updated

    The error came from a conflict with how invoice visibility is handled for recurring service and flat-rate contracts in Autotask. On those contract types, whether time appears on the invoice is set at the contract/company level rather than per entry, and our integration wasn't accounting for that.

    We've identified the issue and a fix is on the way in an upcoming release.
